Where is Your Faith?

Let all the earth fear the LORD. Let ALL the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

For He spake, and it was done. He commanded and it stood fast.

The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought. He maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

The counsel of the LORD standeth FOREVER, the thoughts of His heart to ALL generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. -- Psa 33:8-12

There is NO king saved by the multitude of an host. A mighty man is NOT delivered by much strength.

An horse is a van thing for safety. Neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

BEHOLD, the eye of the LORD is upon them that FEAR Him, upon them that hope in HIs mercy; to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.  -- Psa 33:16-18

Just as the Psalmist called the people to trust in God -- stating clearly that NUMBERS do not necessary equate to strength nor power to a win -- I CHALLENGE all those who claim to believe in God to put their faith into action. That is I call you to vote as you know God would have you vote -- not for a lesser evil, because God does NOT approve of evil. He does NOT partner with it in any form or fashion. But rather, I call you to vote for a candidate God would actually approve of -- a man after God's heart such as Tom Hoefling.

Look at this Psalm carefully. Strength is not in conventional wisdom. No. True strength is wielded by God alone. He is the One who sets up the powerful. If we are obedient to HIm, He gives us good rulers. When we are disobedient, He lets us have wicked ones.

Look at the two primary candidates. Are they not both exceedingly wicked? Do you really think that an accident? No, this is God letting us know He's through putting up with our sin. This is God giving us one last chance to choose wisely.

A vote for either primary candidate is still a vote to KEEP the very SIN that has brought us to this precipice. Neither will end abortion. Neither is going to return us to a godly nation. And neither even comprehends what "disrespecting the cross" even is.

We need to stop voting like Goliath was too big, the lions too deadly, and the furnace too hot for God to handle. HE IS ABLE. The only question is do we have the FAITH required for this situation? Or is our faith in word alone, being empty and useless?
